I want to try and make sure that the sabers I design for 3d printing can support electronics. As the topic states, what is the average internal diameter of most sabers?

IIRC most sabers have an inner diameter of 1 inch. I'd wait for another confirmation though.

SF's are 1", as are the few MHSv2 hilt and chassis parts TCSS sells, while the standard MHS parts have a 1.25" ID, except for some of the ribbed or choke parts which are 1.15".
