I found this video the other day. I personally wouldn't etch any of my saberforge sabers they are already a piece of art but I thought it was pretty cool and somebody might get some use out of it

Good old' HHCLS. His hilt designs are a bit bulky for my taste, but his crystal chambers are gorgeous.

He also did a powder coating video (it's a bit more than what the average person has laying around the garage, but still a good video for those who want to understand the process):


And here's his tutorial for adding rubber to hilt pieces. Not something I'd try on a SF hilt, but maybe if I was building a hilt from scratch:

Awesome resource. If I can etch without having to immerse my parts in potentially corrosive solutions, I'm all for it.
