Hey guys!

So I got my ASP, did my first install, and after some cursing, swearing, and headaches, the damn thing works great! The only thing left to do is stick down my momentary switch!

I got a different momentary switch (as my ASP came with a latching as it was Warrior tier) and the threads don't come down far enough into the hilt to catch the nut to hold it on. I've tried different glues, but nothing's sticking to eaither metal, and I'm really not an expert. What would be a good metal to metal adhesive I could use on this thing without for of it coming undone during some form and flourish practice? Thanks!

Loctite super glue gel is how I adhere buttons to the hilt.

Loctite works really well, but my brother used to work for the company so there may be a bit of bias there. One thing to keep in mind is to do your best to keep it off your hands if you use the quick-dry stuff; I repaired my Covertech belt clip for PAX East this year with Loctite and it still has some of the skin from my fingers stuck in the glue. Very strong stuff!

If you want a permanent , I would suggest JB Weld, it is a 2 part epoxy...

E6000 for serviceable solution, 5 min clear epoxy for semi serviceable solution some prying required switch will probably be damaged. If you use Jb weld you better like it cause it's done....lots of lots cleaning required to start over. In my youth many years ago I jb welded a tin can to the side of a engine block to hold oil so I could get back to town( my I walked 10 miles to school in winter to get to school story) i know it's power...

You forgot to mention that it was up hill both ways and there was a snow storm.
