Hi , do you know if is possible to order an empty hilt pre-drilled for the Av Switch , Charge Port and sound vent in the pommel

I'm 100% sure this can be done, and I'm fairly sure it's been done before. Of course, send a FB message or an email to saberforge to verify before you place your order, but I'm sure it can be done, and it's been done.

Are you saying that the empty hilts don't come with any predrilled holes for the switches?
Cuz that would be a nice fact to know for future reference.

I'm pretty sure they have some but not all holes drilled in.

If you order a Hero tier saber they drill an extra hole for the extra color switch. I believe in the machining process they predrill the holes on the pieces that need if before assembly.
