I'm probably going to get a Phoenix (especially since there's the sale going on now) and I'm thinking of getting a black chrome powder coat finish. I selected all the customisation options from the dropdown menus but when I looked at my cart, the price didn't reflect the additional $75 for the powder coat, only the additional $100 for warrior tier.
Is there something I'm missing? Do I have to add some kind of service fee to my cart or is the website incorrectly displaying the price? Or is the option not available because it's a flash sale saber? |

I would delete your items out of the cart and try again, I'm putting a phoenix with a custom coat into the cart and everything is totaling out correctly.

It's doing the same thing for me. The Black Chrome is the only one that doesn't add to the "Total Extras: $___" at the bottom when you add it.

Well i tried deleting it from my cart and adding it again but this time only the cost of the hilt is reflected rather than the extra $175 for Warrior Tier and custom finish
I tried again, selecting another custom finish option and adding to cart, the price finally checked out correctly. This is weird! Maybe I'll just have to forgo the black chrome, it's probably sold out  Well, at least I am now forced to save US$75. |
