TOPIC: Katana Hilt/Emitter: 2 Parts or 1?

So I've mostly assumed the tsuba of the katana hilts is a separate piece from the rest of the hilt (or emitter in the case of ASP), but I want to be sure. Are they 2 parts or 1? If it's 2, does anyone have pictures of what the emitter looks like without the tsuba?

I sadly don't have a picture, but I know for sure that the Tsuba is a separate piece. I've seen Justin post a lot of pictures of Katanas without the Tsubas over the last few months. I'll try to see if I can find one!

Actually, now you mention it, I think I remember seeing one of the recent ones. The hilt was black chrome or something...at least I think it was.

Yeah it's a very nice looking saber! I would rather have it with the Tsuba on (The Phoenix one), but I can totally see the appeal of the saber without the Tsuba!
