Hello saber land! I'd like to present to you my custom Revan inspired crystal arbiter!

Saber sports a custom machined crystal chamber fitting inside a 3/4" ID choke, it's tiny but packs a lot of detail! I hand selected a Herkimer Diamond Quartz Crystal for this build, as the stone of attunement I felt it was fitting for such a build.

I started by milling three windows in the choke for the chamber. I then took a heat sink and a blade plug and machined them custom for the crystal chamber. I then drilled for three brass support rods, two of which I bored out to fit two wires each. The third only needed one wire for a total of five.

I also needed a custom switch setup to fit the two switches and the recharge port. I modified a dummy switch to accept two brass tactile switches for a very clean minimalist setup. Custom powdercoat was applied to make the saber more unique, and also to follow my custom Revan color scheme.

Anywho the Glams!

First I had to select my crystal from the cave.

Comparing the 12w to 6w+ In the RGBA+ (4 XB-D dies against two XQ-E dies.)

Crystal arbiter RGBA+ is on the left, 12w reborn on the right

Crystal arbiter RGBA+ on the left, 12w Fallen on the right.

Just for fun!

Beautiful saber! Now that Ray himself has spun it, I'm sure that baby has quickly moved into the Relic category! As always - great video B)

Well this saber won't be confined to a shelf any time soon. Many duels to win and many battles to face before this saber will be retired. And thank you I am pleased with how it turned out

Haha I might do a small run similar to these, but I have plans for this specific design

I could imagine it certainly was a tough build. It's a confined area for everything jammed in there. And you managed to shove a crystal chamber in there with the rest of it.

Solid work and great glam shots. An inspiration for many I'm sure =)
