This is my first Saber Forge purchase ever and am I glad I did it! This thing is amazing. Nice weight, not to heavy and not to light considering the size of it. Easy to grip, no matter where you do it. Just don't expect to be doing any fancy spins near the top of it, the claws can get in the way of that. Speaking of the claws, they provide an excellent addition to an already beautiful design. I've heard they bend easy during dueling, but I haven't had the chance to try that out yet. I'm a small guy at 5'6", and this hilt fits my hand perfect for one or two handed, although I prefer one handed. I was really torn between this hilt and the Bane and my wife was tired of me going back and forth and decided on this one. No regrets at all. Time for some pictures and a timeline of order! This is from the etsy shop mind you.

Ordered Aug. 28.
Tracking number created on Sep. 10
Pre-Shipment info sent on Sep 12
Shipped out from Portland on Sep 24
Arrived in Cali on Sep 26

Sorry if this seems rushed or out of order, my first review of many I hope.

Little update after a few years. I have weathered it, and had a buddy of mine install electronics in it. The claws do not stand up to dueling but look great on a belt! I use this as my off hand saber since it is shorter than my main hand one. It's sporting a dR/dR/W with an NBv2 inside.

When you say the claws don't stand up what do you mean? Do they break? Bend? Or just loosen?

Claws attached are for show/display. If left attached during duelling (of any intensity) they are quite brittle and don't withstand any contact that will have them either bend, snap or stripped from their anchors on the emitter.
