Is there a phone number you can call to speak to a live person?
I looked, and behold, an ashen horse; and he who sat on it had the name Death; and Hades was following with him.

Bear in mind, if you only just started mailing from the gmail account it can take upwards of a week to get a reply.

Without knowing your initial email, I don't see what the problem is. You GOT a reply and in less than a day. Reply back and see what happens.

Ok now I am confused, Didn't Phil just say the other day "As of this week we have completed all 4000+ ASP sabers that were ordered through KS and IG." And now you got an Email saying different.

All the ones they know about. Since ShadowmanX never received the order form due to the non-communicating server and email an order for them was never placed. Knytiri, back when he was on point for CS, said that one of the factors that slowed down the ASP manufacturing order was that there was a chunk of people who didn't fill out the ordering form. Some of this was due to it ending up in their junk mail or, like with ShadowmanX, it never reaching them.

E-Mail has become something so ubiquitous, that we give it more credit than it sometimes deserves. We launch an e-mail, and we automatically trust that it arrives at the intended destination. Unfortunately, different ISPs, and domain providers have differing methods of doing what they do. That bit of creative freedom is typically what leads to intermittent results with regards to their tech. The problem, obviously, is that when it fails, our first inclination is to assign blame to the intended recipient, when in cases like this they are caught by surprise when something this dependent on successful communication goes south.

I don't think there is any easy solution, other than being diligent to follow-up if an expected response is not received. You would probably want to have that follow-up be from a more traditional/mainstream e-mail provider like G-Mail, or Yahoo to make sure. Since becoming the Admin here, I have seen things like this happen with forum registration e-mails, which I can fix now, but I have to aware of the problem before I can fix it. That is the position that SF no doubt finds themselves in with these situations.
Imagine what you will know tomorrow....

it really depends on how you define the word completed.

Just today I received an email response stating that my sabers were not through the QA process yet and would ship as soon as they were. So if you define the pieces being done with regular manufacturing as completed I could believe it but it is not the last step of the process.

He also said in that email ShadowmanX posted that the remaining sabers are going to ship this week. Which is good news to me.
Still a little upset at being a KS backer and being in the last few sabers to ship including all the IGG orders but there's no changing it now.

@ShadowmanX I really hope you get it all sorted out. I have only seen them try to do right by people when there are legitimate issues (even if they keep quiet about it).

Edit: quick update USPS picked up my package from them tonight on the USPS tracking system and it's now in route. YAY

Okay, lots the answer. Hope I don't forget one:

So:
- I did also try the contact option on IGG. That was a few weeks ago.
- I got This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. directly from IGG after filing a complaint. That seems to be address with which the account was registered
- I did preorder before 31st of December (21st to be exact)
- I used a gmx address, but thought about trying gmail

Does this forum run from the saberforge server? Because I tried to register with my gmx address and I didn't get an activation email. (I registered again with my gmail)

I had the same issue with my @iCloud.com email but not for six months. When I did not receive the email from saber forge asking for my order, and, not get an activation email for my forum account, I politely continued to send emails from my iCloud account and got frustrated when I didn't receive replies. Finally, Knytiri contacted me from his personal email saying he has been replying to my emails and that somehow iCloud was blocking emails from @saberforge.com. The emails from saberforge didn't even show up in my junk mail folder! I did a few test emails and Knytiri kindly entertained my tests, to no avail.

Needless to say, I asked him to switch my contact email to my Gmail account and communication has been great since (although, it does take about 4 days for a reply from Saberforge CS based on an email I sent last week). He also activated my forum account on the "back-end."

Hope you get a reply on your Gmail account and if/when you do, explain your situation and ask them to switch your contact info, ask them to send you the order form/email on Gmail and go from there.

Sorry for the long post, hope this helps. Good luck!
