Did you ever mention what method you are using for the drawing? Not that I don't trust it will be done fairly, just curious about what method. Unless you don't want people critisizing and telling you how it should be done.

From the rules post:

9 - The selection process for the winners will be as follows: Every entry from Paypal will be entered into a spreadsheet, and assigned a column number. Prior to the winning drawing, the spreadsheet will be randomized, and then an online number generator will be used to randomly generate a number limited to the amount of entries into the drawing. The name corresponding to the number generated will be the winner of this drawing.

Now I feel stupid. I remember reading that, but for some reason was thinking it wasn't mentioned.
