My understanding is that those hilts are part of the next batch after the economy line, Bane, and one or two others that will be ready around Christmas. So I'm guessing the Ka'Tano and Count will be early 2015.

Ka'Tano parts and plans are done, as is the Phoenix, Anakin AOTC inspired (Vanguard)..Count is still on the list

Oh man are these all SF hilts??? I'm in the process of selling all my US sabers so I can replenish with SF hilts and if so how can I get on the prototype list???

From what I've seen, the first complete version of the saber seems to get used to take photos for the SF website and facebook, and then they offer it as a quick-ship. I think ordering that first quickship is about as close as you'll get to having a prototype.
