It'll come USPS sometimes updates their tracking perfectly, but in my experience sometimes it will still say that it's at a sort facility in some other state and then later that day it'll be delivered to my house without the tracking updating at all

God this is torture... The United States Postal Service can get my saber from Oregon to London in just three days, but Parcel Force can't move it an inch in 4 days!! For Christ's sake it's only 70 miles up the road!

Hey guys. Brand new here, looking to get something quickly before Christmas. I have been trying to contact the store for a day or 2 now and so far I've heard nothing. Do you guys know if I order from Etsy that I might be able to get something just in time before or even right after Christmas?

Yes, etsy orders usually take around 2 weeks to arrive, sometimes even quicker. The hilts listed on etsy are already built, so all that they need to do is install your choice of LED and/or soundboard. You get your saber faster, but there's less room for hilt customization.

Orders placed on the saberforge website are built from scratch and can take 8-10 weeks, so it definitely takes longer but you have a much greater degree of customization options available.

And I'm not surprised that you haven't heard back yet, saberforge is crazy busy this month. This is probably the busiest they have ever been. Not only do they have a massive amount of holiday orders to process, but they're also working on building and releasing 5-6 brand new lightsaber hilts and a new champion soundboard option all before Christmas. So just be patient Phil always responds eventually. In the meantime, we here on the forum will do our best to answer whatever questions you may have.

Also, I've never called their contact number on the website, so I have no idea what time is good to call! Keep in mind they're on the west coast if you do call. Early afternoon is probably a good, safe bet though
