Fair enough, thanks for the info :) guess its just me being really impatient with myself lol i also forget about the time difference (think im like 7 or 8 hours ahead or something like that) so me thinking ive waited all day means, ive waited until like 12 in the afternoon for Phil lol

I have same question. I ordered a Crystal Saber Monarch "Hero" on 12/26/2014, but I saw they have RGBA LED on Facebook video demo today(2/9/2015), so I want to change 2LEDs color I choose to RGBA LED. I sent mail to sales@, and I got reply"will do"(pretty fast). After the reply, I login in to my account and check Shopper's note note which is still showed my orignal notes. Are they going to update my Shopper's note for the change? I want get the RBGA LED before the saber fully assemble. It has been 6~7weeks. I hope I can still change my order, and I don't mind to wait extra weeks for the chnage. (I think my question is relat to this topic, if is not. Please deleted my common, and I am sorry.)

As for soundboards, I wanted veridian because I preferred a blaster effect vs the force block. The Crimson does have some awesome hums. When I get a soundboard on my acolytes I'll be getting Crimson.

Same. The saber is a gift. While I think the Crimson font is awesome, I don't know if my wife would rather have a classic saber sound with blaster deflection or the much more menacing (and I think way cooler) crimson with the force lightning.

In addition, I've been unable to find a video that has the Crimson font sounding like anything but an ailing motor. I'm sure it doesn't really sound that way, but until I get my own saber with sound I'm not going to gift something that I can't be absolutely sure about.

Personally, I wish the force lightning effect was a hold instead of a toggle.

I think that's related. I'd say you're good. I also simply got "will do" as a reply to my order change request, but the items and note listed in my order on my profile do not reflect the change. Given what everyone else has said in this thread, I'm not worried.

Same here on the order change. They dont change the stuff you see, I think they make notes in the master excel files they have for our orders since they do them in batches. I double checked myself the other day as mine is a pretty drastic change and i didnt want it to be screwed up after 10 weeks of waiting. they got it under control my fellow saber playas!

Depending on the type of change requested on an order, they either adjust the original order notes or make admin notes in the back end. Some things are easily adjusted on the original order, while other changes, because of the way the website is set up, can't be changed without deleting the order and starting over, so they add admin notes that only they can see on the back end.
