Oooh, that's a very nice hilt! I highly approve.
I just entered week 6 today for my first saber, a Champion Weathered Sinister Prophecy. The struggle is real; it's driving me nuts! I think about it at least a few times a day. I wouldn't be surprised if the stupid thing ends up arriving during finals, in which case I won't be able to pry myself away from campus to pick it up promptly at my home. It would be my luck.  Here's to hoping for the best! |

Really excited after seeing the new pics....
Waiting on indigogo, Champion Prodigal Son (standard finish with green blade) and my favorite saber a Champion Redeemer(Standard finish with artic blue blade). Next purchase will be Avenger and Guardian sabers. And once asp is up and running a Graflex. |

I'm starting the 8th week... and i think that's brutal, really hoping there are not 4 more weeks to go
 especially since i emailed Customer Service about a week and a half ago and got the reply that my saber should still be in the 6-8 week lead time... odd

I know the wait can be difficult, but the point of this thread is to share the joy in the ordering of a new saber with the community. If it begins to trend towards complaint (which we have not yet, but we are edgining into that territory), the thread will suffer the fate of the previous 2 iterations of "The Wait Begins", and be locked/deleted. If you have customer support issues, make sure you are communicating with Customer Service. The forum is not where we air those kinds of things.
Just a friendly reminder.

I took my nephew to see The Force Awakens...it was his first experience seeing a Star Wars movie in the theater, so it was a big deal. As we were leaving, I revealed that I was going to order sabers for us both...watching him designing his own saber was such a joy! I have to keep reminding him that the finished product will be totally worth the wait.

Hey everyone!
Ordered my first sabers on Jan. 4th and I'm SO excited! I'm waiting on my saber as well as my fiance's. Mine is a Purple 12W+ Champion Tier Princess with a standard finish. And my fiance is waiting on 2 Red 12W+ Champion Tier Resilient with weathered finishes, black reptile grip, and a staff coupler. I'm sure they will be entering the build queue soon and I can't wait! ^____^ |

Now to annoy everybody on a mobile device:
  (smileys).My lightsaber was picked up by USPS! 
This tells me several things: (1. My lightsaber exists as of right now. This is awesome. (2. It's about 850 miles away from me. (3. I should have it on Friday. (4. It should take 12 weeks and 4 days from the order placement to delivery. So all in all, I'm ecstatic! I'm finally on the last leg of the journey so many others have been on before and doubtless will be on in the future. But for me, there's only two more days to wait! EDIT: Oh geez attaching images is terrible. I've switched to Imgur. |
