Yeah, they should be able to answer that for you.

Another way to go (in addition to an e-mail) would be to generate an image of what you have in mind, and post that here, and on the Custom Saber Owners Facebook Group page. You ask to be admitted, but once that happens (which takes just a few hours in most cases), a picture like that would get a lot of attention and comments. Phil, Shameem, and other SaberForge folks who patrol that page regularly will almost certainly see it, and comment.

Just a thought.

Oh, don't feel like you have to! I was just trying to think of creative ways to make sure you get exactly what you want. No way to misinterpret a picture! It is going a little above and beyond, I grant you. However, I got the impression that it was somewhat in your wheelhouse, and if you introduce yourself on the FB page, as you did here, I would be willing to bet it will garner a little more attention than your average newcomer. B)

Hey guys,

I'm one of the customer service reps working for SaberForge at the moment, I check emails several times each day and am able to address about 70-80% of the inquiries, but as someone already mentioned customization requests need to be addressed by the owner Phillip or one of the other CSRs they have onsite who knows exactly what kinds of customizations are available on each saber. I think I remember seeing your email about the gun metal finish, but I had to leave that email unread for Phil to answer.

What I can say is that sending multiple emails about the same issue will only slow down the process of getting a response, not speed it up, due to the way our email server groups conversations. So thank you for your patience!
