Hey guys i cant upload photos on my phone but i bought a purple acolyte for my gf maybe a month ago hasnt had continuos use but has been swung a bit and now the colour is really atarting to turn into blue by the hilt. Is this a common problem or have we just been "lucky"

My first suggestion would be to fully charge the battery (or replace it if it isn't rechargeable) and then try the saber. I believe that some of the mixed LED colors can lose the intensity of one color on a low charge, which might be the case with your girlfriend's saber.
