He typically responds between 10 PM and 11 PM pacific time.

I just sent Justin an email, a pretty long one at that, does anybody know how often sends emails? Prett much, how long until a response?

I don't want to pull out the "Admin" personality here, but let's be realistic about this for a bit...

Justin works 8-10 hours per day, 5 days a week, filling orders. Comes home, and spends another hour or so of his personal free time answering emails (I know this, because as previously mentioned... he's my roommate) and does a good job of keeping his email que up to date. Please do not be impatient for a response when you literally just sent in a message.

All of us (the entire crew of SF) are working massive amounts of overtime as it is. Last week alone I did 110 hours. We are extremely busy. Phil is hiring several new techs, builders, assemblers, machiners... all stages of production, plus another CSR eventually to cover one half of communications while I do the other half, and Justin manages his own shop on his own while doing his own emails. Patience and understanding are absolutely vital. We are not a massive corporation with a dedicated entire department to customs.

Thank you to the rest of you for stepping up with a quick response.

By the way, Justin literally just finished responding to all emails he had.

As a former retail manager charged with onboarding new employees I feel the pain...
