Once the status is changed to "shipped", it's usually 5-10 days until it goes out the door. SaberForge does their orders in batches, and to make things easier they wait until all the sabers within a batch are completed and then they drop them all off at the post office at once instead of making a separate trip for each order. So it's possible that one or two orders in your batch are still being worked on, and then they'll all go to the post office together, where they'll be scanned into the USPS tracking system and your tracking number will activate.

I'm not a fan of Red sabers, but god damnit, this color is gorgeous!
