No, we actually cannot do any order changes that have a cost difference anymore. You'll have to cancel and reorder.

Oops. Sorry I misled you ajsrise0. Didn't know they stopped doing the upgrades/order changes. Has been a bit since my last order. Thanks for the clarity Knytiri.

I think it would be helpful if SF makes an announcement on their current website that changes/transition are coming, and that while customers may continue to order what they see on the main pages, order amendments are not possible for now etc. etc. and whatever else. I mean, this is just logical and effective communication, so we don't see threads like this popping up every second day of the week.

Do you know when these changes will take place?

I do not know. It is described as "soon". Again, a simple one line message on the store page could clear this up for new customers like you, and save SF a lot of time in answering (I bet) the same email questions from customers over and over.

True. Now I just want to know if I can cancel my order, but instead of getting my money returned minus the 15%, if there is a way I can have store credit and pay the difference for the 12w and wait for the indigo option to place my order. This way they wouldn't lose the money and and I won't lose 15% + the extra

15% restock fees are only charged to orders older than 2 weeks, and for orders that aren't going to be redone.

Indigo is not available in 6w, which is part of why it's not listed, because it's not a color available on both 6 and 12. But yes, we can do any order edits that don't involve cost changes.

This change was actually extremely recent and was discussed in another thread here already. We cant change the website everyone something little changes; it's not a edit-friendly site. We actually don't get this same email over and over, either.

So I should just request a cancel and redo the order? And when you go to the 12w LED unit in the accessories tab, there is an option for indigo. Why can you purchase the indigo in a separate order but not actually with the saber?

You should be able to select Indigo as your sabers primary color. Just make sure to have selected 12w first. The issue with indigo is that it takes 4 LEDs the create the color 3x royal blue and 1x red. Each LED is 3w so that's a total of 12 watt. That's why it's not a color option if you choose 6w. If you mixed 1x Royal blue LED with 1x red LED it would likely be a more pink color.

I just tried this, and even if i select 12w first, there is still no indigo option :(

Which is what I said, and why we can change the color for you. But yes, you'll have to cancel and redo the order. Which, again, is what I said. When you get your email, this will be told to you again. Please do not send in multiple emails on your order, it only leads to confusion. Just one, and it'll get taken care of.
