Could someone explain to me what exactly this Nano Biscotte V3 is and why it is so sought after?
It's a soundboard used for making lightsabers, just like SF's Sabercore 2.0. It's fairly inexpensive, has a good amount of features and settings you can tweak, and the V3 now has a power extender built in (which is needed to run Flash on Clash and is used in the hack to power a quad LED like SF's). I went into it in a it more detail earlier in this thread, but basically they (along with the other Plector Labs boards) aren't made in huge quantities.

I might as well accept that I'm going to be waiting a while to get this saber of mine up and running. Even after I get it I'll still be waiting for more parts. So I'll hold off until I get that bit more money. If they do run out again, they'll get new stock again eventually anyway. And I can, in the meantime, use my saber as just a stunt, or even just a hilt for show.
That's a good plan. Right now everybody is trying to do installs on their Graflex 2.0 kits so soundboards are going quick. A lot of people who wanted higher end boards like the Crystal Focus were also buying Nano Biscottis just in case they couldn't get the one they wanted.
Right now I'm
really hoping TCSS has everything else I need when the 7/8" LED modules come out, because I don't plan on paying for shipping a 3rd time.
