Hey everyone,
I don't know if there is already a thread for this but I thought I would start a thread for folks looking for customization and installation. I know several of us on the forum here do installs and customization so I thought a thread would make it easier for everyone to find someone to do their projects for them. If you do installs and customization post here with your general area, turnaround, services you can provide and how to get in touch with you. I'm in the Portland OR area and can do full electronic installs, paint, anodizing, acid weathering, shattering, etching and simple machining work. Material cost upfront, turnaround 1-4 weeks. I'm in the South Florida Area, I do Full electronics installs and rebuilds, light hilt customization and weathering. Material Cost up front, turn around varies PM with details of work required. Average 2-4 weeks.
Currently I am moving and will not be available for commissions until October. |

Turnaround varies with parts ordering, usually around 2 weeks. |

I'm only just getting into installs/customising, but hope to take commissions soon - though after seeing some of Darth Squidious's work, I need a whole lot more experience.

I'm based in Colorado, near Denver (Castle Rock CO).
I do custom installs, weathering, hilt mods, custom crystal chambers, etching, weathering, pretty much everything short of making my own hilts. I've built sabers for many of the most active members on this forum already (and have some sitting in the queue still as well. I will work with both NEC and PL boards. Can do everything from tiny 7/8" ID hilts to big ole 1.25" ID hilts Some of my work: |

That was my first thought as soon as the Shotos were announced. This is definitely one of my most visually WOW sabers. That gold leaf is just wonderful. I have a few other things in the pipeline to get to first, but... seriously considering commissioning Jas to do the same install (RGB Pico Lightside) in the Bastion shoto at some point. |

I think this is a brilliant thread. It puts members in touch with each other, and lets us know not only who does what kind of customizing, but where! This is an international forum. It's great to know that if I see somebody I want to do some work, where they are. No sense in getting my hopes up only to find the smith is overseas.

This forum is how I found Jas-OT, and had a chance to look at his work before making my decision on where I wanted to send my business. The saber I sent to him for modification was good. I have no doubt when it comes back, it will be great!

I'll vouch for Jas as well. Not only did he do a great job with my install, but he has always been extremely helpful and friendly in answering any questions I've had, and I'm pretty sure I've asked him about a million and one!
