Been there and done that. I had LASIK done about 2.5 years ago. My light sensitivity went away after about 4 or 5 months. Hopefully you'll be as lucky.

If for no other reason, I feel like 12W is worth it just for the battery upgrade. But being brighter is also a good reason. =]

I'm Getting a champion level saber. I believe that comes with a battery upgrade regardless of what wattage you get

Forgive me. Upon closer inspection of the available options I find that I may be wrong. It does indeed state that champion 6W's come with a charge port upgrade. Sorry bout that.

Might wanna wait for a forum heavyweight to give their two cents on that one.

I didn't see you say which tier you were getting. Yes champions come with Li-Ion upgrades even with a 6W.
