This definitely helped me clear up the difference between the green and lime green. Oddly enough, lime green is closer to what I was looking for, but I'm pretty sure I'll be just as pleased with the green!

Anyone know if I was to purchase an "mint green" LED which is G/G/G/W, could I make the 3 green my main blade and have the one white for FoC and lockup with a Spark 2 soundboard?

Mint green is G/G/G/B.

You could have 3 dies on one channel and 1 on another, though there is an issue of heat with having more than two per channel if you have them running at full power. It's best to keep two per channel, and then adjust how bright each one is for each color profile. That way you would a 6w green (with cyan FoC/lockup), a 6w cyan (with green FoC), and a 12w mint green (you'll still have lock up and clash effects, but they won't be a different color).

EDIT: and OvrcAHst, I see you updated the lime green and yellow listing from the info I found out, but for yellow you still listed the old die combo. ;)

I was told that the mint green is G/G/G/W by SaberForge CS.

The "Mint Green" option will be a color mix of G/G/G/W as requested.

Huh. Okay, let's get that updated in the list as well; I'm going to go shoot SF another email to see if I can get a list of all the die ratios.

Brady329, Thanks with sharing the reply from SFCS. Will update Starting Post to reflect the changes for now until a differing Ratio is mentioned otherwise.

To query though, anyone care to comment on the plausibility of the ratio's for Cyan (from: G/G/B/B.) to RB/RB/G/G and Arctic Blue (from: RB/RB/G/G) to G/G/B/B? Looks to be a reversal of colour profile, coming from Isha that formerly advised Mint Green was G/G/G/W?

Blood orange definitely screams sith. Had way more "red" to it than I thought. Will def work as a sith.

Sounds like a mix up to me. I've been told by Phil on the FB group that their Cyan is definitely BBGG.

It was also reported that Phil said on FB that the day blades did NOT have diffusion film which ended up being incorrect. Make of that what you will...

I don't remember seeing that. When asked, all answers said there was film inside. Even the original posting that announced them mentioned there was film.

Last Update to Starting Post is current to the SFCS reply you shared Brady329. I guess short of someone actually having the Cyan or Arctic Blue LED to dismantle, sight and Report, moving forward Cyan is made up from C/Y/A/N and quite possibly P/H/I/L. ;)

Photon indeed turns blue to green. Or blue to whatever enhanced day blade they have now.

Also note: Phil mentioned on FB that these do NOT have film inside, so expect core effects and some decreased lighting compared to the standard V4. That said, I'm still gonna try one. lol

 Yeah..um.. I'm not convinced Mint Green=G/G/G/W. How about like Cyan, Mint Green is made up with I/S/H/A?

As someone who *does* take these things apart, the previous has to be correct.

Cyan is lB/lB/G/G

Arctic Blue is dB/dB/G/G

The Light Blue (Blue) LEDs are greener than the Deep Blue (Royal Blue) LEDs, hence why Cyan is more turquoise and the Arctic Blue more sky. I've been on here to see the CSRs make more mistakes than Phil's announcements.

That said, reviews on the Day Blades do seem to show them with diffusion film, so Phil did goof that time.

Also, I think someone asked about GGGW and Spark 2 earlier in this thread. Not going to draw up a diagram, but-

1) Connect each Green LED- to its own transistor on the TruDrive, using contacts 1-3.
2) Connect White- to TruDrive 4
3) Wire TruDrive 1-3 to C1 on the board
4) Wire TruDrive 4 to C2 on the board

Then in the Spark config tool, set LED 1 to Green/Green and LED 2 to White. Adjust the sliders however you like, though you may need to bring the green down some for FoC so they don't overpower the white.
