Well here is the start, internal chassis, it was designed by Almost to Mordor, it does the job and love the way the recharge port is angled, making easy access to the kill key, and can use a full length one. My only gripes about it are, a TCSS battery does not fit(at least the 18650 3400mah one I got)...the holder section is just short of fitting the battery, so you have to kind of grind the end to allow the battery to hang out. I was spacing it with 7/8 blade stock so I made due. 2nd gripe the speaker section does not fit a 20mm Veco bass speaker, I had to dremel out some of it to allow fitment, but in fairness it just does just say 20mm speaker not bass in the description. any rate here the internal mock up.

That's pretty sweet looking. The OWK is an awesome kit, I'm looking forward to watching this progress. :cheer:

Okay well after the Chassis is done, it goes together super duper fast... Specs are NBv4, 20mm veco bass speaker, RB/B/W Cree. it features the Almost to Mordor designed(with some mods for fitment)- OWK chassis, a Tcss 18650 3400mah, standard switchcraft 2.1mm recharge port. Used the Switch provided with the Kit. but put on a SF Covertech, since I like their holders, and the Korbanth doesn't fit.

Lets get Started

Size comparison to a K4.

Blade Plug 7/8 Graflex Krsabers, and blade 1inch thick wall dueling. had to drill set screw holes. 8-32

blade before threaded down.

Kill Key/RC acess

SD card access, have to pull out a little further, left enough slack on switch/led to allow this, but have to put some tape on chassis end to offer resistance so it doesn't twist when unthreading pommel.

and finally..

Korbanth V1 Count Dooku Coming soon...that's right I scored me one :)

Wasn't a fan of that style of hilt before, but the finish on that one is fantastic! I'll have to add that one to my wish list. My always increasing wish list.. :silly:

I have to agree with you, but this was done right, all I've ever seen before we're just too big, this size wise feels like a young Obi wan/ Palawan Obi wan hilt, I actually love it's size and feel...

Wow, that really came out fantastic. Great color combination for the LED, that looks pretty spot on. Are you using all three colors for the main blade, or just the two blues and the white for FOC? Everything looks like it fits in there great.

I've always loved this saber, I bought a plastic costume one after the movie came out. It's less refined than the saber he built when he joined the Jedi Council, which is perfect for a younger Jedi.
