There's not much price drop/value loss on sabers for resale.

New 6w apprentice sabers start at 295 + 20 shipping, with 12w starting at 325.

With the 4th of July 10% sale....

12W "Apprentice" saber:

-32.50 (Coupon)

$312.50. (6W being 285.50, but the $30 gets you rechargable battery and much brighter LED)

That'll come with the usual 10-12 week wait. If you have to have it now, Etsy store will sell it to you without the 10% discount.

I get you're trying to save a couple bucks getting one used, but not sure how much luck you're going to have with a champion-level saber under 250-300. Save the tiny bit extra and get new. Just my .02.
