Theme behind this hilt is a gift. A Targaryen relic rediscovered, but too far gone to be fit for a queen. It was reforged, reborn, but kept its lineage. The body will remain the relic, with new shrouds fit for the queen of the 7 kingdoms.

Not done by a long shot, so stay tuned for the finale. Meanwhile-
