Hello Everyone,
this is my first post and I'm excited to finally own my very own apprentice level Acolyte with a yellow 6w blade. I noticed that the orange die winks out right after I click the light on my saber and the result is a bright green color. Wondering if there is a quick fix to this or if I should send it back to be fixed. Thanks! |

Welcome to the forum. Sounds like you may need to send it back for warranty repairs. SF is excellent with its warranty, so don't be hesitant.
I would make a short video showing the problem, maybe upload it on youtube. Then email SF describing your problem and the video showing it. They will reply after a couple of days or earlier asking you to fill in a RMS form and send the form plus hilt only (no blade) back to SF. |
