Ultrasabers has a coupler that has a quick disconnect feature allowing the wearer to go from duel to staff instantly and I was wondering if saberforge has the same thing I want to make it so I have 2 sabers that are identical that I can alternate whenever.... is this a thing I can buy?

Yeah, I shared the video of their prototype here a while back, but it was promptly deleted. I don't know if Hampton's actually ever made them available.
