Hell, look at Breaking Bad. Uber dark and really funny at times. I think JJ knows this well. Pre last season Lost is one of the best shows ever on TV and was dark and funny at the same time.

Heck look at Fringe, which actually was JJ. That was a pretty dark show at times, but Walter was hilarious without being silly or childish. In fact he was funny in an awkward creepy way.

There is indeed a BB-8 fabric, but my local store only got one bolt. It got passed down the line for cutting fabric and sold out before it got to me. Sigh. So I ordered it online instead.

I was kind of disappointed with the drab colors on the rest of the Episode 7 fabric collection, so I didn't get any of the others. It's too bad the BB-8 fabric only came in fleece and not cotton, but that just means I'll make warm scarves and blankets instead of a dress.
