I don't know if I've seen a picture of a blacked out Prodigal Son. I know they've done it on other sabers on request. I saw someone post a cool picture of a blacked out Epoch on a Facebook lightsaber group a while back.
As for your email, give them a couple days. They're pretty swamped with orders at the moment, plus they're working on releasing like 5 brand new hilts in the next 3-4 weeks, so it may take them a day or two to respond to your email. But they always respond

new sabers you say ? I've seen some of the pictures on here not sure if there the ones being released though I really liked the look of the Quinlin Vos it really caught my eye along with the Ashoka the Dooku and the Obi-Wan TPM im gonna do a big order one day that's for sure haha fingers crossed they do a Anakin ROTS Graflex one day it's my favourite hilt : ) |

Yeah there's a thread on this forum that shows all the new hilts along with their estimated release times. The first batch should be out around Christmas.
