contact sparring duels at the Academy
1st match is me and Corey....corey wins!!! 2nd match vs a new face...he takes the WIN! last match is me and Israel not going for points but training through the hits and acknowledging them but continuing on the battle. Israel did very well and displayed a lot of attacks and defenses that he is being taught for the past few weeks. this was by far the best match of the night and some of Israels best form. |

1st match: Blue has some good footwork, good lateral movement, but is leaning into some of the strikes too much, umm reaching for them for lack of a better term.
Overall Red has some good basics, but the tendancy to drop a knee is there, it happens a lot, if he were shorter it would be opening up his head a lot. Good work though guys, keep it up. |
