Major Tom asked me for some advice and picts, so I did a lay out of parts for my up and coming Phoenix build, Figure it could help other out, so these are the parts I normally use. Including the diodes and rumble motor. I generally use a off switch tucked into the chassis for that.

That is a smol motor, I dunno why but I imagined it bigger. Past experience taking apart faulty xbox controllers i suppose. Do you find that it provides enough vibration to 'bring your sabers to life' as it were? |

Trust me it does enough vibration to be felt, (my first attempt was FOC/lock up/blaster only and completely felt), and it I think if you used bigger controller type..that no matter how far from the sound card you put it would false( plus that pesky finding room for it problem)
