Hey guys,

Here is a Fallen that I rescued and brought back to life. I cleaned it up and gutted the old electronics which had been destroyed by an attempt at a repair. I did some shattering, polished the whole saber to bring out highlights then did a weathering job to it and clear coat. Its a 12w purple with NBv3 sound, a weathered plug and a custom skull kill key.

Wow, that looks fantastic. Weathering on that shattered finish look great. The boX really completes the acient weapon look. Very nice Lord Squidious :ohmy:

Where did you get your kill key? Please let me know. I'm thinking it may be a good accent for the weathered Ares I have on order.

I make them, its just a post like one you can order from TCSS and a skull paracord bead. I drill a shallow hole in the back of the skull and glue the post in.

Or you could take your saberforge kill key, sand down the face of it and glue the skull on.

FYI, I got the skull beads at the local craft store in the leather section.
