I will say that I do wish SF had another option besides USPS for shipping however. I got supremely HOSED at the door for duty fees last time (over $40!). FedEx, for example, only wants $20.  Bit of an ordering deterrent - for me at least... Still though...dammit! lol |

Wow this sale has come round quickly again, it only seems like yesterday when I knocked up this Staff cos the members liked the similar one held by the blonde lady on last year's promo pictures! Hmm... wonder if that SaberCore 3.0 will be available. That certainly would help make up my mind towards putting in an order or wait for a Halloween special. If anyone gets the inside scoop please share. I did read Phil's entry today so I'm kinda hopeful.
 Talon may have to wait while I investigate more about that Emerald Knight.  Is it abnormally hot in here ?! ...

I just ordered the new Bane MK2. It will probably come as specified in Sabercore Crimson but I dig it anyway.

It's the Bane Mark 2 (MK2 is shorter.) The original would now be the Bane Mark 1, or MK1. Basically, it's an alternative to "version 1" and "version 2."
@D7, I was wondering about the 3.0 also. As much as I want to pull the trigger on a Champion saber, I'm thinking patience may be a virtue here as I may be able to score the new board if I wait. After all, I can't afford to buy Champion very often. |

I am not in a position to buy anything but I have spotted a possible cause of confusion. It is regarding the Mystery Sabers and the Labor Day Sales. On the the Mystery Sabers description page of the main SF Website in the description it reads, Quote "Mystery Box Sabers are fully covered by our lifetime warranty on metal parts and one year warranty on the blade and electronics. Some Mystery Box Sabers may come with minor cosmetic defects. Exchanges are not allowed on Mystery Box Sabers. Discount codes are not allowed on Mystery Box Sabers. End Quote. Well, the Labor Day Sale requires the use of the "LABOR17" discount code to get your savings, so are Mystery Sabers affected by/included in the sale or not? Just asking for clarity for other members as some have discussed getting MB's in the sale and this point hasn't been noticed. I know the Labor Day Sale states it is store wide but the disclaimer on the MB description page also states NO DISCOUNT CODES. kind regards, For Tyeth |

I put a Mystery Box in the cart yesterday to see and the Labor17 code didn't take anything off of the box, as I suspected it wouldn't. However, if you add any extras, it does take money off of those. I'd selected "add battery/charger" and it took $1.50 off of that.
