There is something wrong with the main site. If you click a sound font type for SaberCore 3.0, then that drop down menu vanishes as soon as you select a sound font type.

When you're ordering, there's a box that says "Special instructions for seller." Say, for example, you spent $250+ and you qualify for the free blade plug, you need to put in that box something like "Free blade plug on orders over $250." That way, they know to put your blade plug in there. And, do that for every item you qualify for.
I did that for my very first order, and I had no idea if I did it right. But, sure enough, my free items were in the box when I opened it.

This is helpful for me, as well. I have one further question about the free items for sales like these. When you reach a new free item tier, can you only claim the item for that specific tier or for each one up to where you're at? E.g. For purchases of $500+, do you only get the free saber stand or do you get the free stand, T-shirt and the blade plug? I'm planning on purchasing my fourth saber soon and was curious about this, so I don't miss out on anything. |

It's stackable, so you get everything in each tier you qualify for.

for the first free item, Do we need to specify what version and color of the blade plug we want for free or is it just random? also do we need to put it into the cart to count?

You can ask for a specific plug, usually is random. Sometimes they'll comply with your request. Do not put it in the cart or you're paying for it. Put it in the comments box. |

Alright, one more question. And this may seem like a really way too obvious question, but here goes.
The free item tier values ($250, $350, $500, $800) are determined before shipping is added, correct? Or does that include shipping? I assume before shipping, but I figure I'd check first. |

Okay, paranoid question. The best kind, right?
I placed an order last night to take advantage of the sale. I put everything in the order notes and all that and completed the order. From other stuff I’ve seen on the forums, it seems it’s fairly normal for the order notes to not appear anywhere during checkout. My question is, is it normal for the order notes to not appear on the order page afterwards or in the confirmation email? Does SF still have those, is what I’m really wondering, in paranoid fashion? I may email Customer Service anyway, just to put my mind at ease. Thanks in advance. |

Yes, it's normal. On the new (as of almost a year ago now) site you can't see your order notes after you submit, but they do see them on their end.

Okay, thanks. That makes me feel a little less paranoid. I’ve ordered from the new site before, but I didn’t have any special notes when I did.
