Ooh, good thought h2soy! But they monitor my checking and savings accounts I am only 17 after all. At least I don't have the money at my fingertips and the capability to spend, otherwise I'd be going insane waiting for ASP.

I'd like to know if the parts for the Jade Fire would be available - it doesn't seem like it'd mesh well, none of it's pieces are in the video, but I'd LOVE to have that body for modular use.
Also, when lit switches hit in the first expansion, will you be able to swap them into a different set of electronics, or will you have to purchase a set of electronics specifically with the lit switch? (For clarification - could I buy a set of Champion electronics and then, when the expansion hits, easily switch out the metal switch for a lit switch?) |

From the video it looks like the switches are soldered in so "no." I believe (could be wrong though) that the lit buttons are different components then those in the Champion tier. Anyone know for sure? |

Unfortunately, that's my thought too. On one hand, I want to pledge for the Champion-level kit, but on the other hand, I want that lit switch, so it makes no sense for me to, knowing that the electronics with the lit switch will be out a month later. Seems poorly thought-out, which isn't in keeping with how Saberforge does things, so I'm hoping our understanding ends up wrong!

Today's updates include expanding tier rewards, blade options (+stealth katana blade confirmation!), future electronics query.
Also there was a VERRRRRRY interesting conversation which occurred yesterday about stretch goals including exclusive ASP parts for Kickstarter contributors and.... other things.... which are so freaking exciting I'm not going to spoil them early. I nearly shat my pants when I read about what could potentially be one of the stretch goals. Promote the &$%# outta this so we can hit those stretch goals! |
