I am SO sorry to hear that. I know there is nothing that will fill that gap. Mine is also 14. He's had part of his liver and all of his gall bladder removed. We almost lost him and I don't think I've ever felt more helpless. They are worth every heartache though. You have my empathy. I hope you are coping as well as can be expected.
