Thank you! I typically do a lot of pencil sketching (thouuuuugh not nearly as often as i used to) but this is digital start to finish. I've got an old Wacom Intuos 3, so I sketch on that. (Let me tell you - so nice to be able to rotate chunks of the sketch around while working when you realize one part's out of proportion to the rest, viva la digitalia) I got lazy and just used 'smudge' on a lot of it. A friend of mine does some /amazing/ marker work, but i break out in hives when I touch 'em. If you do marker work, friend, i SALUTE YOU.

VERY GOOD EYE, holy crap. I was trying not to be too obsessive but the whole thing is basically fan-art of the saber with a lot of dressing. ;D I AM SO EXCITED.

Thank you! Yeah! Since that species of alien sometimes has big protruding toes/toenails, I figure she'd have to cut holes in regular boots and nail scrap-metal over 'em.
