You'd be looking for the cans of green beans with pieces of (usually) ham added to it. Or just add pieces of ham when cooking green beans. It's a southern recipe and it's delicious. But I digress.

Is only partly true. Thin-necks, epochs, and banes are not sold with quick connects, because they each involve a tricky procedure for getting the LEDs in an out. You can, if you're comfortable doing your own work, put your own quick connects in, but, as he said... it will void your warranty to open the saber and mess with the internals in such a fashion. Basically by saying quick connects are not compatible, they're saying "install at your own risk."
