First saber purchase and man I love this thing. I got my buddy a Fallen in purple for his Bday. We broke them out for the first Time Saturday and man it was an event. The blade handled beautifully, though it was sluggish (I go the 37" should have gotten a shorter one it is a little long for the design, but that is on me not SF!). But it was still snappy enough that we had a solid 20ish minutes of duels and there was much merry making. The blade is a gorgeous shade of green.

My question, and only actual complaint is the saber absolutely shredded my hand. I have attached a picture of what cut me and I was wondering a.) if anyone has had this problem too, and b.) if they have fixed it and how so? This drew actual copious amounts of blood. Thanks guys

Sand the edges down. When I handled mine, definitely wasn't sharp enough to do that, not even remotely close. But yeah, just take the shroud off, use a fine grit sandpaper, a little elbow grease, and smooth the edges down. Won't take very long, and will make it more comfortable in the long run.

Thanks that was my thought. Only question is, does this invalidate my warranty?

No... if you open the internals and mess with those, that would. Surface things, such as smoothing edges or even sanding down the finish do not.

Knytiri is far more qualified to comment than I am, but I have seen enough people mentioning the sharp edges around the emitter/activator on the Bane that taking the emitter off and sanding it a bit is on my "to-do" list for when mine comes in.

Good to know that doesn't invalidate the warranty, though!

And I hope your hand heals up quick, Waffles.
