 I ordered a Consualr 12w with quick connects... I finally got it some hours ago, excited as one should be. after a few twirling and things. It stopped working, battery was charged and everything. I am afraid to take the LED out or do anything to the saber besides taking the battery out, cause I don't know much to nothing about these electronics... Can anyone help?!

  • There can be no light, without a dark to stand beside it.

Did YOU charge it any prior to use? They do arrive with a partial charge, but not really enough to run for very long before petering out.

If that's not the issue, then there's probably a wire come loose somewhere, if it's refusing to power on completely. If your QCs were loose, I would think the sound would come on, but not the light. That would probably be something you'd have to send it back in for a warranty repair on.

But, my advice, try charging it first, until the charger light turns green.

I know that sounds like a cop-out answer, but it really is the "annoyingly simple step 1" of saber troubleshooting, kind of like how "reboot it" is for computer issues.
Currently owned: Champion Bane 12W Bl. Org.

I charged it before using it. I'm guessing a wire came loose. But. Idk. Guess I'll have to send it back. Great.

Probably your best recourse. Open a line of communication with customer service and see what they suggest. Working with them is the best way to avoid voiding the warranty.

I tried taking the LED out, but it didn't wanna slide out so easily, and I didn't want to force it. So I'll just leave it alone so I don't void the warranty
