So, I just received my Champion class Consular blade and I was met with a small problem. The emitter blade plug is stuck in the hilt. I thought I'd ask around and see if anyone else has had this problem. If so, how did you fix it?

First question: did you loosen the blade retention screw or the LED retention screw? The blade retention screw is located closer to the emitter than the LED retention screw. (I've done this myself, hence the question)

Actually, at first I had loosened both screws. I currently have only the blade retention loosened and honestly removed it. Still stuck though. Thanks for the check in.

Bit deep? Hmmm... Can you leverage it out through an emitter window? Get a sharp but sturdy implement, the allen wrench might work, and use it to gain purchase on the plug near the bottom of the emitter window and slowly try to push the plug out. This will leave a mark but at least you'll have the plug out.
