TOPIC: 12W Amber Consular, Warrior

Just got my consular in the other day, and it is beautiful and amazing. I got it in the 12W amber, which is both bright and gorgeous. Pics!



The hilt itself is smooth and comfortable, it has an amazing choke on it and is super easy to spin or show off with. The windows in the emitter are just an extra touch of flair and they really set off the entire design in my opinion. The consular would make a very comfortable staff, I believe.



I have mine in standard finish but I think it is literally perfect as it is in the standard.

Also. I received one of the new tips on the v4 blades, which are a little more rounded. I know there's been some talk about people wanting to know what they would look like so:



I think it even illuminates just a touch better as well.

Thanks for the review! It is a gorgeous piece of hardware. I have been trying to decide whether to get the Consular or Fury for my first saber, and I think you have just pushed me back over to Consular (my original choice).

What size blade did you get, and do you have any full length pics?

Here's one I snapped right quick, with the 37 in blade in.



As with the disciples this hilt feels a bit better and more balanced with the 32 in blade in. I'm slowly becoming a 32in convert, they are a really solid length lol. The 37 in works fine but does balance a bit far out from the emitter.

I do loves me a Consular, and you are just fanning the flames!
