Luno-Jay OFFLINE Elite Member Posts: 282 Like received: 55	thanks Hagman!, i have since taken some of the weathering off to give it a more "relic" look. and to answer an earlier question.. underneath is the machined down aluminum that the saber is made of, clean silver color, inlaid in more so the wrap fits correctly. but it does not look like the acolyte ( well i guess it kinda does but its literally just metal under there) hope this helped!

very very happy you enjoyed it GreyFox, you defiantly made a great choice…this is a really really awesome hilt. Glad that this helped reinforce your decision and get you a little more excited for yours.
Also, if you need any help with the MODS don't be afraid to ask, I've done some custom work on a few of my sabers now, and have seen a lot of DIY from others who have work on theirs, and would be happy to help.
i know it seems tricky, and it can be the more detailed you go, but really its all about being prepared and knowledgable, and then just going for it.
