Today, my Exalted arrived.
 Four months, and five days later, and it's in my hands, I've never been happier. First off, this hilt is amazing. Measuring at 12.5 inches, it towers over my FX Vader saber. The blade is very sturdy, and it's a very bright LED. No scuffs, no loose parts, pure perfection. Thanks Phil, and everybody at SaberForge, but mostly I'd like to thank Shameem for initially convincing me to order the Exalted. It is so much more beautiful in person, and I'm definitely buying from here again.

I will share that joy in a couple of months when my Exhalted arrives. I could have cut off some time by going through Etsy, I know. However, I wanted the grenade section solid black, and that you can't get from Etsy.
Anyway, congrats! I look forward to feeling the same way about my saber! BTW, is that a 6W, or a 12W? |

It's a 6W, and boy is it bright! I saw no real point in putting in the extra money for a 12W when I am editing the blade for my movie anyways.

I was amazed at the brightness of the 6w when I first got mine too! It's astounding.

the 12W is sooo shiny tho!! =D Just don't look directly into it. You will see spots for a really long time.... not that I would like... know... anything about that..... =/

When I first bought sabers I ordered 3 sabers with 12W LEDS, and one with a 6W LED (my brother wasn't ready to pay for the difference) when I received it, I was like "3AAA batteries, really?" Then I added the said batteries and I got amazed by the brightness of that thing! Red is an amazing color!
I would keep buying 6W lightsabers, but I hate changing 3 batteries... i don't know, I just don't like playing with what's inside of my saber... So now I save a little more money everytime to get a 12W/a champion tier! |

It doesn't bother me too much, I think the recharge port is kind of ugly anyways. Just personal opinion.

I am surprised at how bright that is at 6w. I think changing batteries would bother me, but if out and about with your saber and the batteries die, you can just switch em out, and have a fully charged saber again. No worries with having to plug it up and wait. Excellent choice.

Correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't the batteries vs. charger only apply to Warrior tier? I thought that Champions all get chargers w/kill keys regardless of 6w or 12w.
