Okay, so in answer to the how long do we wait question, if you buy a ticket and post your confirmation and let us know that you're going to be unavailable for a period of time, and let us know the time frame and what day you expect to be back in touch in case you win, that's fine, we'll wait that period of time. However, once the day arrives that you were suspected to be back, and this is also the case for all uncommunicated lapses, a time period of five days will begin. We will post the winner, PM the winner, and if we don't hear anything back even reach out via email (to the email address from paypal) to reach and contact the winner. If after that 5 days we haven't had a response, a new winner will be picked.

Short time in between them to make sure the first has been taken care of before the next starts, and so on. As stated in the rules, lotteries run until they're done. So whenever all the tickets have sold. It will conclude immediately when that happens and then the drawing will happen asap.
