TOPIC: Sound volume and blinking

Hi everyone,
I just received my 2 sabers ( x2 Venom Champion red, Crimson font), but one of them, when pulling out the kill key, blinks very quickly the LED, and the sound is also lower than the other one ( the 2 sabers are fully charged and set on "High volume"). Also notices a little noise coming from the speaker that seems to have moved a little from it's place.( Checked again, the speaker "issue" is on the 2 sabers, but only 1 is less loud) Could this be a wiring issue, or another thing ? Thanks =) |

Did you take your pommel off to look at your speaker? If it's not seated right it could affect the volume but you can also inspect it for damage.

Yes I took the pommels off, and the speakers seem to be a little missplaced, like in diagonal, the little plastic ring in front of them too. The 2 of them are like that, but only 1 saber is less loud, the other one got good sound volume. |

I just had the same problem mate, and I was unable to fix it myself. Since there is a 1 year warranty on all hilts, I sent it back to them telling them in the RMA that there was something wrong with the sound coming out! It came back a week later in perfect shape like if it never happened!

I think I'll have to do the same, but it's a little bit more annoying since I'm in France ( in time and shipping costs subject). I sent them a message on facebook with all the details, pics and a video for the blinking and sound intensity. When I'll get all fixed, I'll try a little review of the full stuff I've ordered =). |

Je pensais qu'il y avais plus de francophones que sa par là-bas ^^. En tout cas j'espère qu'ils me répondront vite, mais je pense qu'il faudra renvoyer les 2 sabres.
