Just been wondering, because if they are, I wouldn't have to choose between the two, and choosing sucks sometimes.

Yes.

If you want to buy one you should also take the emitter into consideration. I prefer the Viper emitter, personally.

I totally agree with you on that one! The Viper emitter with the venom claws would make an epic combo!

Good as! I like the idea of being able to switch out the claws to suit your needs.
Those Viper claws look like they'd be real handy in a duel.
