Good review. Just got a gladius myself. Might be the most "refined" they offer. I would say that when it comes to weathering there is room for both having it done and not. A champion of truth and justice needs a shiny lightsabr but at the same time lots of black can look great with Sith colors. I like a true weather job that makes any hilt look tarnished and aged without being so black. The one weathered I have had for a while was black, then probibly 70% of that cleaned off and the recesses re-blacked. It came out pretty sharp. My new Gladius is pretty dark but it goes well with a BO blade.

Jyn-Toar Offline Elite Member Posts: 160 Thank you received: 17	Just received a 12w deep blue Gladius in the mail today and IT IS STUNNING. I wasn't sure about the saber at first, but WOW! It's so much smaller than any saber I've ever held. It's very solid, and it feels like a saber and a weapon. It came with no wrap, but I wrapped it with an old ito wrap from a bokken of mine that I busted.

I still love this think but I have decide that my next saber will be a weathered Exalted in cyan to match. Looking forward to wielding two sabers!
