While I'm waiting for my first purchase to arrive, why not start thinking about my next SF purchase. I'm pretty sure it's going to be a 12W+ Avenger Champion, medium blue. I also think I want to do quick connects to have one or two additional LED colors (would love to have a red and a purple). Anyone have any thoughts on quick connects? I've watched some videos on them and it seems easy enough. For $10 it seems like a no brainer. I keep starring at the one on Etsy and thinking, is today the day I order this!

For me it's going to be a Champion Juggernaut 12W+ Red in about a week or so as long as supplies last. Been waiting on that one since July/August.

I'd like to get an Exhalted next, whenever "next" may be. At that point, I'd like to see if I can copy Brax's idea with the grenade grip. But "next" is a long way off. I think my saber being built now-ish will tide me over for quite a bit. I may change my mind in that unspecified amount of time, too.

I just pulled the trigger on an arctic blue 12w champion Archon! Wish I got quick connects but I wasn't sure on how to order them through etsy together.
While I'm waiting for the ASP system to be released I've been eyeing up a grey weathered 12w green champion Reliant. When payday roles around it will be mine!

Well my next one will be for my wife she wants a weathered disciple with 12w Cyan and a dark red or brown wrap mine arrives tomorrow and will help her choose she wanted a acolyte but I won her over

My next one is probably a ways off, but I am considering the exhalted and the new thin neck apprentice. Both in Standard, weathering isn't really my thing, but I like my sabers all shiny and chrome!

My next purchase is the install on my Korbanth Sid.
After that I'm thinkin the SF Guardian and the Korbanth DV6 (once it's released). I might consider selling my slightly custom Vigilant pending info on another issue at hand that I'm dealing with. |

I'd love a Grandmaster if they come back sometime in the near future. Otherwise, I'll probably get a Jade Fire next. I'm toying with the idea of a socketed sled concept where I can use one soundcard/battery/speaker chassis in multiple hilts. That way I only need to buy initiate level hilts and customize them to hold the sled.

I'm currently waiting on a Hero tier Exhalted standard and IGG campaign ASP saber. . After I get these two, I hope SF forgives me but I'm really liking a Saber at ultra sabers called crimson scorpion and I might just order it. . Love the color and the vertical and horizontal windows on the Emitter makes the light look amazing. . I promise I will order from SF again

Archon in either 12w+ amber or indigo. This saber has been on my list since it came out and I have to get one before they run out again. Its by far my favorite hilt.

Not sure if I'm finally going to pull the trigger on a monarch, keep working on completing my original trilogy set with a prodigal son, or perhaps a weathered bane if they restock etsy with them. I suppose an Oracle or chosen one are also on the possibilities list, but those would be for my son... if they had ASP available with in hilt recharge, I'd pull the trigger on a graflex right now. I'm beginning to think I may have a problem...

I think when ASP launches a lot of people will be doing something similar by buying one champion kit and then just swapping it out between all their SF sabers. For me, I have an ASP saber on the way (IGG, pledged near the deadline), and am currently acquiring the parts needed for my Korbanth Graflex. I got the majority of my parts in from TCSS today and just put in another order (parts are going fast so I've had to jump on them when they come in stock). The last things I need are the chassis spacers (which I'm going to make from a brass tube from a hardware store) and the 18650 battery pack and charger. TCSS is out, and a lot of the websites I've looked at seemed kinda sketchy, so I'm going to check the specialty battery shop in town tomorrow. So (hopefully) when my stash of republic credits recover, my plan is to get a dark side saber (I'm holding out for SF's Asajj Ventress design) when Sabercore 3.0 launches and then swap the board with the Crimson Sabercore 2.0 my ASP saber has. |

My next move will depend of the timing and outcome of a few developments still yet to be announced, or released by The Forge. Depending on whether they "Zig", or "Zag" on certain things, my course will be determined by factors whose outcome is a totally unknown factor. However, I have a Plan A, and a Plan B, so once I know more about which one I will be going with, I will fill you in on the details.
